SALIMA JALILOVA
Salima Jalilova is a supply chain professional with a solid background in Supply Chain Management including Procurement Systems, Logistics, Inventory Management and Transportation.
Salima Jalilova holds Master of Science degree (MSc with Merit) in Supply Chain and Logistics Management from the University of Warwick. She also graduated from Azerbaijan State University of Economics (UNEC) with an MBA degree. She is a fully qualified member of Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply (MCIPS) and her professionalism in procurement and supply management is internationally recognized by CIPS (membership number is 005682931).
She has conducted research on Procurement Management and her research project was awarded with Merit grade by Warwick Manufacturing Group (WMG) in December, 2016.
Salima Jalilova has a professional work experience in various areas of Supply Chain Management at different international companies, such as Halliburton (American Petroleum Company) and Huawei Technologies Co. Ltd. (Chinese Telecommunication Company). She was involved in re-designing of supply chain for LTE (4G) project at Huawei and her Supply Chain Optimization Practice Case was published in the company`s internal portal (3MS).
Her research in Supply Chain Management mainly comprises Supply Chain Integration, Strategic Sourcing, Contracting, Supplier Management and Development, Supplier Negotiations, Demand Forecasting, supplier relationship management etc.
